Referring to the name, ‘Waste to Wow’ was a workshop to design products from the waste forexhibition. The objective of the people was to realize the importance of reusing waste to conserve ourlimited natural resources. We conducted a workshop to ignite the bright minds of children enhancingtheir knowledge to reuse products of the trash.
The exhibition consisted innovative products made by children such as; planters made from householdtrash such as plastic bottles and trash dinnerware products, paper bags were designed from wastepaper and old newspaper, pen stands were designed from thermocal glasses and pens, and decorativeitems were designed by up-cycling plastic bottles. Green Catalysts also interacted with the communityregarding the current environmental issues especially the waste management and were fortunateenough to accomplish their goal.
